A Letter From Jason Speights
When I founded the Speights Law Firm in 2004, my vision was to create something different from the law firms I had worked for in the past.
I was a partner in the largest law firm in San Antonio, where I did work mostly for large corporations and insurance companies. Laura Speights and Todd Worrich also came from a background where they represented some of the biggest names in the insurance business. At the end of the day, we all found that it wasn't satisfying helping insurance companies and large corporations save money when some poor homeowner couldn't get his roof fixed or a car accident victim didn't get enough money to pay for his medical bills.
We Care About the People We Represent
As lawyers, it feels good to be able to help people and small businesses and change their lives for the better. After all of the years we spent representing insurance companies and large corporations, we have the experience to level the playing field and represent our clients with confidence.
At Speights Law Firm, we created a firm where we can move quickly and aggressively, where we can stand up to the largest insurance companies and corporations and obtain justice for our clients.
We represent individuals and small businesses in San Antonio, Houston/Galveston, the Rio Grande Valley, and other areas of central, south, and southeast Texas in the following types of cases:
- Insurance claim disputes, including bad faith claims, hurricane property damage claims, and claim denials and underpayments
- Personal injury and wrongful death claims resulting from car and trucking accidents, defective products, aviation accidents, construction accidents and other types of negligence
- Business litigation and construction defect claims
- Failure to pay overtime and whistleblower cases
- Reglan and other dangerous drug cases
In a nutshell, we help people and small businesses who have been hurt. We have offices in San Antonio and the Houston/Galveston area.
We would love to have the opportunity to be your law firm.
Sincerely,
Attorney Jason Speights
